Overview
NODE is a targeted web application built for PT. PLN UP3 Manado to manage two critical operational areas: the maintenance of the Automated Meter Reading (AMR) network and the performance of field service officers. The application provides a centralized platform for creating and tracking work orders related to AMR installation and repair, while also offering management a clear view of technician productivity and task completion.

A centralized database to track all AMR devices in the network, including their location, status, and maintenance history.

Field technicians can use a mobile-friendly version of the application to receive new tasks and update their work status on the go, providing real-time data to the central system.

The system generates reports on key operational metrics, such as AMR failure rates, technician response times, and overall network health, to support data-driven decision-making.
