Dashboard EMS for Nabati Factory
Real-time Energy Dashboard for Industrial Manufacturing
Dashboard EMS for Nabati Factory
An industrial-grade dashboard for monitoring energy usage in a large-scale manufacturing environment.
Overview
This project involved adapting and deploying the Energy Monitoring System (EMS) for PT. Kaldu Sari Nabati, a major player in the food manufacturing industry. The core objective was to provide a centralized dashboard for monitoring real-time energy consumption of critical machinery and production lines within their factory. The system empowers plant managers and engineers to identify inefficiencies, prevent downtime, and make data-driven decisions to enhance production sustainability and reduce costs.
Technology Stack
A proven and reliable technology stack was used to ensure the system could handle the high-velocity data typical of an industrial IoT environment.

Key Features
Centralized Factory Monitoring
A unified dashboard that provides a comprehensive overview of energy usage across different production lines and key factory areas, enabling quick identification of high-consumption zones.
Real-time Machine-Level Data
Live, interactive charts display critical metrics from individual machines, including power consumption (kWh), voltage stability, and operational status, for immediate analysis.
Production Efficiency Analytics
The system correlates energy data with production schedules, allowing for powerful analysis of energy cost per unit produced and identifying opportunities for process optimization.
Predictive Maintenance Alerts
Customizable alerts are configured to notify staff of abnormal energy patterns that could indicate impending equipment failure, helping to schedule maintenance proactively and prevent costly downtime.
